Xavier was super cool, try to entertain us even was cold and rainy. Super cool guide even when he is a French ;).
But seriously, walk is super nice, and worth to spend a time.
We were 4 Danes in a mixed group of people from 11 countries who did an excellent walk – in the rain – around a very interesting part of Berlin today. Chris was knowledgeable and passionate about sharing his knowledge of the history and culture of the city! We highly recommend his walks.
We’ve been lucky enough to share a moment with such an amazing guide as Jason. He’s passionate about music and street art, and knows how to explain and interest everyone. We highly recommend this tour for another vision of Berlin!
Ru was out tour guide and he is a nice chap. I have marked 3 star mainly because at various parts of the tour, it was hard to hear him due to the train and road noises as we stopped at some of these spots. Plus, I find the tour not as engaging as the previous one I had. Otherwise, the information received from the tour guide was interesting. For ppl who attend such tours, I think it would be nice to pass on some tips to the guide. A big chunk of ppl here did not and just left. I don’t think that’s fair as the guide has tried hard and also spent his time with everyone.
We did both the welcome to Berlin and Alternative Berlin tours on the same day with Ru. His knowledge and insight was fascinating and friendly and we learned so much and saw so much. Would thoroughly recommend, we have done many walking tours in many countries and Ru is up there with the best.
